MIDAS, Manchester's Investment Development Agency has joined forces with Northwest Regional Development Agency and serviced office providers Avanta, Bruntwood, Manchester Science Park and Orega to launch a new soft landing service for the Manchester City Region.

HELLO Manchester is a scheme that offers free office space to overseas investors, attracting them to the Manchester region. Manchester Business Club members can take advantage of 12 months rent free in fully serviced accommodation in key locations across Manchester City Region. The rent free period applies to one free desk per investing company and comes with the full package of free business support from MIDAS.

The 'soft landing' initiative enables businesses to establish a foothold in the city and is designed to strengthen Manchester's status as a top ten European business location and as a fast-growing, vibrant region. The locations included in the scheme are:
